Ross is so sweet and accepting to everyone despite what he grew up around. Hutton does not "people" and prefers to stay that way. Enter Fate! It takes some wooing from Hutton to make things right after their not meet cute. I really liked both characters and of course the supportive friends from earlier stories. The only thing that sticks out is they are unable to tell designation and shifter type from scent. All other shifter books I read, the scent gives way to both. It does not detract from the story and the HEA with many, many adorable babies.
This story was really cute. Poor Ross was really scared of Hutton initially, but Hutton was very sweet and patient in his approach to their relationship. I loved Hutton’s aunt and uncle too, they were a nice addition to the story. I was laughing about the babies though because I didnt even think about Ross being a bunny and how he wouldnt just do one at a time! It was a fun read.
Ross, a bunny shifter, leaves his past behind to start anew when fate leads Hutton, a bear shifter, to him. With a bumpy start , see how these two come together in the most delightful way…. Plus, spoilers oh the babies!
A sweet story with some angst for sure and a bear who wants his mate right now! Hutton is a bear shifter who doesn't like to mingle with others and Ross an omega bunny who has had a very traumatic upbringing. An aunt and Uncle who want to be a part of everything and a bunch of new, gossipy friends made for a good read and a whole clutch of sweet bunnies for a great HEA.
