Great characters and lots to love
Three bisexuals walk into a bar: One wears their heart on their sleeve (and has the tattoo to prove it); The second keeps their heart shielded, which is a barrier to their happiness; The third ended their romantic relationship and then came back as a friend after changing their gender.
There is spice in the book and some Dominant/submissive kink, but there is more talk about sex than the actual act itself. At least, that is the impression this book gave me. The question of: "If we have sex, how will that affect our friendship?" is a theme, but more than that, the question of: "If we admit our love for each other, how will that affect our lives?" is the theme that struck me most.
I bought this book after reading the author's posts on SM and am glad I did. I found this an enjoyable quick read with lots of humor infused into the relationship angst. I loved all the characters, including the fourth bisexual in the bar, and love the fact that all found their HEA. I'm sure I'll be adding more to my TBR by this author.
