Description

Dr. Emily Sharp has spent her entire life mastering control. As a rising star in the high-stakes world of orthopedic surgery, her hands are her most precious assets—until a sudden, devastating injury threatens to derail her career before it truly begins. Suddenly, the woman who usually fixes others is the one in need of repair, forced to rely on the expertise of the brilliant and guarded physical therapist, Dr. Bette Bridge. Working within the intense, polished corridors of Oakridge Hospital, Emily and Bette find their professional boundaries tested by an undeniable spark. For Emily, learning to surrender control is a terrifying challenge; for Bette, who built her own walls to keep the world at arm’s length, letting someone in feels like an even greater risk. As they navigate grueling rehabilitation sessions and the mounting pressure of their medical careers, the air between them grows thick with electric tension. Saving Love is a poignant, steamy exploration of vulnerability and the courage it takes to be truly seen. Set against the backdrop of a fast-paced hospital, this sapphic romance proves that the most profound healing often happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start leaning on the person who makes us whole.

feisty doctor broken hearted PT clash..

What happens when a snarky doctor and a physical therapist who’s had her heart broken clash. Emily had a serious car accident after recovering the next phase was pt on her shoulder. Bette a stickler for protocol clashed immediately when Emily couldn’t even show up on time for her pt appointment. Something drawls Emily to Bette while Bette is too busy protecting herself from any feelings. Bette’s ex cheated on her with the next door neighbor. Ouch. With a meddling friend and meddling cousin will these two get together. The characters were well developed so much so wanted to ask Emily’s best friend Tessa what she was thinking.

good but not enough

The story is relatable but doesn’t have quite enough substance. I like a stronger storyline, however the characters are believable & relatable. Just a nice quiet read. I dislike the diminished sex scenes though.

Pulse Medical

Emily and Bette were wonderful main characters. I really enjoyed their back and forth as they each tried to keep their walls up. I really enjoyed the supporting characters of Jamie and Tessa.

“Saving Love” by Grace Parkes

This was a very enjoyable story. I really like medical romance books and this one fit the bill. Bette and Emily hit a few bumps in the road but thankfully worked things out!

Not as good as her other books

It seems like Grace is cutting her stories short. I started this at 4:30P.M. today and it's 8:44P.M. and that is taking time out to make my wife her lunch for work and talking to my sister on the phone for an hour. The quality isn't there on the first two books of this series. The main characters Dr. Sharp and Dr. Bridge kept bumping into each other around a corner. For this to happen three times in a story this short is a little ridiculous, it's like she is just throwing a story together. I gave her 4 stars because I have loved the stories in the past, otherwise I would give this a 2.
