Description

Faced with a devastating medical diagnosis that shatters his vision of the future, a man on the brink retreats to the countryside, desperate for solitude and a fresh start. But in the quiet stillness of rural life, his body begins to undergo an unexpected and surreal transformation. Driven by surging estrogen levels he cannot explain, he finds himself caught in a whirlwind of internal questioning and physical shifts that challenge everything he thought he knew about his identity. What begins as a confusing physiological reaction soon blossoms into an intimate, daring journey of self-discovery. As the lines between masculine and feminine blur, he tentatively steps into a world of lace, stockings, and the delicate art of walking in heels. This isn't just a story about a changing body; it is a profound exploration of gender fluidity, vulnerability, and the courage it takes to embrace one’s true desires. Featuring stunning illustrations that bring this evocative transformation to life, Girly Genes is a heartfelt, sensual romance about shedding the expectations of others to find the person you were always meant to be. Whether you are exploring new facets of desire or seeking a story of identity, this novella offers a compelling, emotional escape.

better than expected.

This one wasn’t really focused on sex and I enjoyed it immensely because of it. It was more focused on the character development which is lovely. Still like all short stories to me, it feels to short. Feels like it skips past her family meeting her real self, I.e. doesn’t have the depth of the family connection at the beginning. Also the testing would have most definitely involved imaging to look for a tumor or other source for Shelley’s issue around hormones. But the story was enjoyable regardless. (I’m a physician so I tend to nitpick medical stuff, sorry). I admit the images will make me uncomfortable sometimes, but that could just be my asexual self as they are well drawn. Anyway thank you for writing an enjoyable read.

Good plot, but it left too much unaddressed/ unanswered…

… I guess I was just looking for more interaction with her family and did the Airbnb get up and running, … and things like that…

This story, like all of your others, lives up to all my expectations.

You never fail to provide material that grabs and holds my interest. Simply stated “you never disappoint.” Shelly’s name selection was awesome and twice when she started to Kurt was there for her.

Not what I expected.

I expected lust and recently acquired feminine submission. It was mainly setting and relationship building. I would appreciate a credit.
