Description

Eric Linnaeus lives in a world where magic is not a gift, but a heavy, soul-crushing burden. When he finds himself entangled with a mysterious, powerful witch, his life spirals into a dark dance of shadows and forbidden desire. This is not a typical fairy tale; it is a gripping, visceral exploration of love struggling to survive under the weight of an ancient, malevolent curse. The chemistry between Eric and his enigmatic companion is electric, crackling with a tension that threatens to consume them both. As they navigate a landscape filled with unsettling secrets and high-stakes danger, the line between protector and predator blurs. Readers will find themselves breathless, caught in a narrative that refuses to let go, offering constant twists that challenge the heart and test the spirit. What makes this story truly unforgettable is the raw vulnerability of its characters. It manages to balance heart-wrenching emotional stakes with a haunting, dark fantasy atmosphere that keeps you guessing until the very last page. If you crave a romance that pushes boundaries and lingers in your mind long after the final chapter, this journey into the unknown is calling your name. Prepare for a spellbinding experience where love is the most dangerous magic of all.

Just Wow

This book is amazing! I can’t say enough words on how the author grabs your attention and has you on the edge of your seat the entire time! I found the author through their social media (which I highly recommend checking out, it’s by the same name as her books) and got interested but was not expecting to be so enthralled and excited about this book. The plot is amazing, with so many twists and turns and secrets that get revealed the more you read. The characters are very well written and have their own voice in words if that makes sense. You can tell who they are just by the writing style without needed info to be told. They’re fun and complex but have this just way of making you love them. I finished this book in less than a week and ordered the second book right away because I can’t not get enough of this book. If you love Horror/SlowBurns/Thrillers you will highly enjoy this book!

Great story, horrendous physical book quality

The story is excellent and fascinating, but the book itself is what I have issues with. The binding is horrific and as soon as I turn to the first page, started to fall out towards the bottom. The whole first section is already falling out and I just received this book 2 days ago. The printing is also crooked in the first section, to the point where you almost lose the end of the page but it still remains. It's like a several degree angle crooked. I would definitely never use this bookbinder if I were the author or the publisher.
