Y'all, I LOVED this. It was hilarious and ridiculous and sweet and shmexy and just...ugh. It left me in SUCH a good mood and I devoured it SO fast.

With all that as context, it's no surprise I flew through this and immediately added Emmy Sanders to my list of auto-buy authors. Brad and Joey were everything. There was pining, a tiny little bit of angst, plenty of "d'oh" moments, and alllllll of the things up there with a little heart next to them. It got into cavity-inducing levels of schmoop by the end and, really, who doesn't love a little bit of that every once in a while?
But along with all that, if you're paying attention, you'll read between the lines when it comes to our sweet Brad. On the page he's over-the-top and seems one-note, but there's more to him. You see it in how his best friend interacts with him, the endless patience he and the others who are in Brad's circle have for him, even in how Brad interacts with the parental figures who show up.
I've read a lot of MM romance. It's one of my favorite genres. It's rare that I read a book and am immediately feral for more of the world (last time it happened was with C. Rochelle's Not All…
