Wow - what a debut!

MY GOD, this book! It's thrilling when you read something this special, knowing more is to come. On the surface it would seem that wealthy, accomplished businesswoman Catharine Cleveland would have little in common with professional soccer player-on-the-rise Alex Grey. Their lives are so diametrically opposed that their paths may never have crossed if not for that fateful day Alex pulled Catharine from the water after a boating accident. And yet something begins grow between them that neither can deny. But it seems so impossible. Catharine is in a loveless arranged marriage with a United State Senator and Alex is completely focused on her career goal - making the US National Team. Enter the unstoppable force. She has an eclectic group of friends and is refreshingly down to earth and likable - not what you would expect of someone of her wealth and status. Alex is making a real name for herself in women's soccer, and at age 27 her dream is finally within reach. But one wrong move can ruin them both. While I could go…
