I adore that Jill Shalvis gave us all the story we have been clamoring for! If you read Lost and Found sisters, you'll recognize Tilly and Dylan right off the bat, and will be entrenched in their story instantly. As teens they were the best of friends and the support that the other needed, no matter what happened in life. We all wondered what would be come of them ... and now we know! The story picks up years later, but it's quick to catch us up on all that has happened in each of their lives and even what's been happening with Quinn & Mick. Loved, loved, loved it!
Tilly Adams knows the first day of teaching art at the community college is going to be a big day for her, but she had no clue the day was going to change her life! She can't believe he's there ... after all these years ... just sitting in her classroom. She's angry at him, she should hate him ... but he looks so good!
Dylan Scott had reasons that he thought were good ones when he broke his best friend and first love's heart 10 years ago by leaving her. He's back in town to start a helicopter touring company with some buddies and he heard she was doing well, living her dream ... and as much as he should stay away, he can't resist re-connecting!
It is a second chance love story. I liked it
Tilly Adams is a local artist and art teacher at the local college in Wildstone. She grew up in Wildstone and was raised by her sister Quinn. She has always dreamed of being a famous artist. She is teaching to make ends meet but maybe one day she will be a successful artist as well. On her first day of teaching at the college she discovers Dylan Scott in her class. There is no way she can have him in her class . He is from her past and there is a lot of unsolved feelings there. Dylan left town several years ago and Tilly hasn't forgiven him for it. Dylan Scott is a retired military guy that as returned home to Wildstone to start a tour business with two former military buddies. (Penn and Rick) . Dylan and Till grew up together . They were friends and each other first loves but Dylan left one day without notice and joined the military and never looked back. Dylan had a trouble childhood and that may have affected his decision. Now he is back and causing Tilly a lot of discomfort. Can Till and Dylan put aside their past and move on? How will Tilly handle Dylan being in her class? This is a novella . It picks up from where the book Lost and found sisters left off. It can be read as a standalone . I read it without reading the first one. This is a short, quick read. It is a second chance love story. I liked it . ** Note** There is some language and some steaming love scenes. I love second chance love stories and if you like those you will like this one. I read this one for book…
If you love feel good romances with hilarious moments, this book is it!!!
I absolutely adored this book. It was both heart-wrenching & heart-warming at the same time. It was also hilarious at times, like the scene in the hospital with her sister, Quinn. I didn't even know there was a full length novel before this but, like one other reviewer stated."I probably broke a rule by reading this novella before I’ve had the chance to sit down and read the first book in this series, however, it doesn’t seem like I missed anything pertinent to understanding Tilly and Dylan’s story. I realize, though, that it might’ve made me appreciate it more had I read in order but, here I am."
But now I am intrigued enough that I am going back to order the first book.
Loved both of Dylan's partners, Leo, Quinn, and Mick, too. This book was a very fast but a very enjoyable read. I'd recommend this book to everyone.
This is really a post script to Lost and Found Sisters and a promo for another book. It is poorly edited and many of its 109 pages were lifted straight from the earlier book. Production left pages uncut at the bottom.
Since I was fond of Tilly, the younger sister, I was eager to "see what happened next". The action of this novella was 10 years after the initial story.

When the past flies back into your life.
In Good Luck Sister we see Tilly and Dylan who we first met in Lost and Found Sisters all grown up. You don't have to read Lost and Found Sisters to enjoy this book but if you did you really need to read this book.
Tilly is starting a job as a an art teacher at a local college when Dylan comes back to town. Dylan who was the love of her life but who left right after graduation and who she hasn't heard anything from in years. He left and broke her heart but now he is back and ready to show her what a good thing they could have.
Dylan has fought his own demons and after spending time in the military is ready to come back to where he grew up to prove he made something of himself. He and his friends have started a local helicopter service. In the process he realizes that the feelings he always had for Tilly are still there and even stronger.
The chemistry is still there and hot between Tilly and Dylan and you can't help but fall in love with them and hope they can get past the past and move on together.
This is a great second chance romance and questions if young love can withstand the test of time.
