a definite page-turner that will have you hooked from the get-go
Truly, want an addictive read. One I found myself wishing could go on and on even as the ending was perfect.
It's mysterious, it's scorching hot, and walks the fine line between the two with poise and grace while never losing that sizzling chemistry between the characters. It all evolves, and feels, so naturally one cannot help but root for the main protagonists, immerse oneself in their discovery of self and one another.
The sexual tension is mesmerizing and holds one in its thrall ... not for one moment does it feel exaggerated and in this book, the sex never feels like it's too much. Quite the opposite ... and all thanks to how skillfully and beautifully it's written. I'm in fact surprised to read this is the author's first book: the phrasing and editing are top notch and there's nothing to distract one from the hot whirlwind of this steamy page-turner.
Really anticipating reading more from this author. There's heaps of talent and if this is only her first book, one can only be left craving what's next in store.
