Description

Lilith thought breaking the frozen curse trapping Mars’ werewolf pack was her ultimate challenge, but the journey to rebuild their fractured lives has only just begun. Emerging from their icy prison, the pack is more vulnerable than ever, haunted by missing memories and shards of their lost selves. To make matters worse, a predatory wraith named Telsyn is stalking their every move, waiting for the perfect moment to claim Lilith’s soul. Struggling to find her footing as a burgeoning sorceress, Lilith must navigate a treacherous landscape of shifting loyalties. She faces constant hostility from Adeline, the pack’s rigid matriarch, and must outmaneuver a chaotic, bookbound sorceress hell-bent on sabotaging their recovery. Every ritual Lilith learns and every spell she casts is a gamble against time, pushing her towards a destiny she never expected. At the heart of this storm is an undeniable, fated connection. As the sparks fly between the trans woman and her fierce werewolf mate, they discover that their love is the anchor they both desperately crave. In a world full of monsters and magic, Lilith and Mars are fighting for more than just survival—they are building a shattered, unconventional family from the ground up, one dangerous secret at a time.

A wonderful sequel to an amazing book

This book was completely satisfying. I enjoyed the first book so much that it lured me in buying several more Autumn Wolff books, and this book didn’t disappoint either. I can’t recommend this book enough, and I know you won’t regret it either.

Lore

This sequel is packed with lore just like the first book! I love a big wedding scene, and this book makes you work for it. Between family drama and magical curses, Lilith and Mars have to battle friends and foes alike to reach their happy ending. There are pages and pages of hilariously written drama. Just be warned there is a surprising amount of gore!
