Everything I've come to expect from Seabrooke, now in cozy fantasy form! With engaging side characters that set up nicely for the next books, which I will be reading as soon as they come out!
Thoroughly enjoyable read in Lily's new universe
A wish made upon a magical flower (that really does have events that happen directly afterwards), and a vision of true love's meeting. Two seemingly incompatible events (at least according to some characters), but are they really?
Set in Seabrooke's Starfall Academy, this story follows Cadence and Summer as they they literally fall in together, build a friendship and more, and experience more than a little magic. It's cute, adorable and so much fun. And don't let the cover fool you - while it portrays the overall tone for the book, this is not a YA story. It is heart wrenching at points (yes, we knew it was coming, still didn't make its impact any less), and spicy in others.
I loved the story - from the cute silly moments, to the more serious one, seeing the interactions between the characters, and the little secrets that were snuck in as well. It's a wonderful story, and a great addition to the Starfall Academy universe. And I can't talk about the book without also mentioning how wonderful the setting is - there is a lot of depth to Starfall Academy, a magical university done right, and I really do look forward to being able to explore it more in future works.
And and seeing more of the 313th Galeria as well ^^

Cute Romance in a Fantasy Novella
Skyblossom is a fantasy novella that is part of a larger series, with some of the possible story lines being set up for future stories here.
Cadence wishes for true love, and a girl falls from the sky. Summer seems like the perfect girl to Cadence. There’s just one problem, and it’s that her best friend, Lumi, iis a diviner and has seen that Summer will meet the girl of her dreams on the last day of school.
This is, I believe, Lily Seabrooke’s first fantasy, but those who aren’t particularly into fantasy shouldn’t be put off, at least not with this novella. The fantasy is there, but it is mostly a background thing, while the blossoming (ha ha) relationship between Cadence and Summer the main story. Cadence is almost a prototypical Seabrooke character, a bit shy, a bit awkward, and completely adorable.
The book is short and easy to read. While I migfht have appreciated a bit more expansion of the story, it definitely read very well. I look forward to reading about the other characters in their own novellas, if just hoping we get another Printer’s Row book before too long.

Galeria 313 is where it’s at!!
What a fun book! The story takes off right from the start and keeps you invested until the end and waiting for more! (That WILL come as this is a book 1!)
This story predominately features Cadence and Summer as our MCs while offering a bit of getting to know you’s of the galeria 313 crew and Lumi, a diviner and Summer’s best friend. I’m hoping we will get to see more of Lumi as the bits of her story we received has me intrigued for more.
This story not only features lots of cool magic, but there’s also romance, adventures, laughter, connection and nuances of true love. After making a wish and plucking a petal from a Skyblossom flower, Summer literally falls from the sky onto the table Cadence is using. Was it magic? Was it coincidence? Read and find out! Highly recommend!

Enticing (and sweet) introduction to Starfall Academy
A nice sweet story with a good message of making your own choices. All of the characters (including the two main characters) were enjoyable to read about, and they all gave off such positive, glowing (no pun intended) energy.
However, I think the thing I loved most about this book, especially given its slightly shorter length, was the worldbuilding. It was so enthralling to read about the different magical creatures and components, and in a way that they were briefly introduced but still left with mystery. It wasn't just a lore dump of information, and I can't wait to read the other stories in the world of Starfall Academy.
