In the high-stakes world of professional theater, the thrill often lies in what happens behind the curtain. Off Script introduces a captivating romance where the professional boundaries between two men blur into a messy, heartfelt collision of desire and vulnerability. Carved into my heart

I loved this book! I was swallowed up by these characters. This story has a feeling and an emotion to it that I just can’t describe. It’s so raw and beautiful and full of sticky messy delicious emotions. I couldn’t put it down. I caught myself reading slowly so it wouldn’t end. I wish every book would carve itself into my heart like this one has. I can only hope this author will hurry up and write more. I’ll be holding my breath until then.

You can’t fake chemistry

If you’re looking for a great story with passion, tension, and depth then Off Script is for you. The chemistry between Jacob and Liam is undeniable and creates that neediness for them to be together.

Tough but beautiful story

I read an insane number of romance novels and this one grabbed me in a really unique way. The writing is beautiful, almost lyrical, and the characters are so well-developed. It’s a tough sell to involve a cheating trope, romance readers are usually highly averse to it. But this particular story puts me in mind of an interview I once read with Sting (the musician). He left his first wife for Trudie Styler, and he said that their love was so powerful, to abandon it would have been a greater tragedy than the tragedy leaving his wife caused. And he and Trudie have been together now for over 40 years. That kind of feels like Liam and Jacob

Obsessed with Jacob & Liam's

I am an avid MM reader. I fell in love with Jacob and Liam's story. I finished it and then immediately read it again and again and again. I am excited for the next book in the series and Knox's story. This was a beautiful and emotionally grounded love story that pulled me in from the very first pages. The romance between these two men felt authentic, believable, and deeply human. I especially appreciated that the author didn’t gloss over reality. The author thoughtfully explored not only their love, but the impact that finding each other had on their respective families as well which I felt added depth and a realism that was not glossed over. This did not read like a debut novel, this was an impressive and addicting first book. I’m already looking forward to what this author writes next. A huge congratulations to the author, Ivy Vera Gray.

RPGing Heated Rivalry Fanfic

This book was incredibly well written in third person, but the way they fell in love lacked dialogue. Yes, I know they had chemistry from the start, but the reader doesn’t get to experience them getting to know each other. The reader doesn’t get to see the moments past the chemistry to see them fall in love. This book was essentially well written fan fiction if Hudson Williams was Liam and Connor Storrie was Jacob. Just enough changed in their backgrounds so the story is based around them both burning their marriages to the ground for each other. I would read another book by this author, but I hope it’ll read less as fanfiction.
