Dani and Peyton are beautiful together
When talented model Dani attended a charity dinner where Peyton, a world famous vocalist, was singing, something happened between these here-to-fore strait women. Peyton came down from the stage after her performance just to say Hi to this woman who had caught her eye from the stage and thus began the deep friendship, which quickly became a passionate romance between two beautiful women who found there 'person'. It's lovely, with little if any angst, a fascinating plot and a passionate love story. Don't miss it!

In order to make perfectly clear how much I love this story, let me copy over a section of my review from "All The Love Songs" about the strength of the supporting characters, in particular Peyton and Dani:
"I almost felt like I was reading a sequel to THEIR love story and I should have read the book about how they met and got together first. (If Ms. Pyland chooses to write a prequel about them at a later date, I'll be sure to read it, even if I know the ending in advance... LOL!)"
I can say, without reservation, that she did a wonderful job of telling their story! This book manages to tell a story with a predetermined ending without losing it's hold on the reader one bit. And, as always, the supporting cast is tremendous. The early portion of Lennox noticing Kenzie are a nice touch for those of us who have already read ATL, and nice foreshadowing for new readers to the series.
I received an ARC copy of this book.

Forever love at first sight?
Nicole Pyland has given us lovable characters and a heartwarming, hot love story in No After You, the first book of her Celebrities series.
From the moment the world’s top pop star and supermodel meet at an NYC fundraiser, sparks foreshadow a full conflagration.
Predictably, Dani’s boyfriend soon thereafter becomes a memory as Peyton makes the grand gesture of asking the model if she can accompany her the very next morning to Dani’s photo shoot in Maui — and volunteers her private jet for the jaunt.
Although Pyland gives us much more insight into Peyton’s backstory than Dani’s, each character holds her own.
Also, while the series is centered on celebrities, in all of the books the author presents the array of musicians, supermodels, top actors and artists as real individuals with the types of relationship issues, personal anxieties, everyday mistakes and communication mishaps we all experience.
These aren’t aloof, spoiled, condescending superstars. They’re likable women facing fears of coming out, making themselves vulnerable, and sorting out whether a shared future is possible when each partner has a robust and demanding life of her own.
Slowest burned love at first sight I have ever read
Love at first sight and the slowest burn I've seen in a book under 8 hrs long. But this was worth it. The story keeps you engaged and it's hard not to love both main characters. This was my first time reading a Nicole Pyland book, and I loved it. It might have burned slow, but the fire was extra hot when it got going. Definitely recommend. I immediately went into the second book in this series because of this one.

I listened to the audiobook on a 6.5-hour car trip and it was perfect for that! The main characters were lovely, their friends were wonderful, the story was sweet, the slow burn was amazing and even better with the audiobook to draw it out just a little bit slower… Best for this case, there wasn’t the kind of angst that would make me freak out if I spent 15 seconds cursing the traffic around me and missed that bit of the story. OK, I still made use of the “rewind 30s” button, but thankfully not too often.
If I were going to ask for anything, it would just be “more”. More of Peyton and her family. More trips to Michigan. More songs in the studio. More of those 15 homes. Heck, the mid-tour trips to London, Paris, Rome, and New Zealand… surely they deserved more than a passing reference?
But then… this was the perfect length for my ride. So I really didn’t want any more at all. :)
All in all, my favorites usually aren’t of the light and sweet type; in most cases I prefer the angst. But I think the slow burn was the perfect counter to that. There was still tension in the story, even if it wasn’t the angsty kind of tension. So it worked, and I really enjoyed my drive.
