Coffee houses have their own favorite crushes, maybe the client, or is it the batista who secretly adores the quiet customer. Well written addition to this series of romantic lesbian erotica.
As much as I like reading about bdsm. I always get upset when a scene is playing out and there has been no conversation prior to it happening. No consent. Just because both people have D/s personalities does not mean you go there without talking first. Camille and Madison never had a conversation about their sexual proclivities. This is only the second time they have met from their first meet-greet date. And already…? Nah, not cool. There is lots to talk about like hard limits and if they want to include it in this possibly growing relationship. Maybe it gets better. I won’t know, this is where I leave the story. I think I will pass.

Sweet & Steamy WLW Romance
This was a quick and steamy quick read! Can be read in one (longish) sitting. It was a sweet age-gap romance, which is not normally my "thing" but it was icky or gross- especially when the younger woman was fully adult at 25 with full agency- and also had the more dominate role in the relationship, and it was only a 10 year gap. I really liked these two characters together as they complimented each other well. This was a quick read, and I would have appreciated a few more layers to the plot/conflicts (there is an internal conflict and one big conflict- but there could have been more layers). But if you want a quick steamy read (the book didn't jump straight into sex, which I appreciated, there was some plot), this is the book for you!.

My Secret Crush: A Hot Lesbian Romance (Friends to Lovers Contemporary Lesbian Romance
Camille and Madison are charming and they sound perfect for each other. Although, real-life issues can take a toll on a relationship and make for some interesting challenges. I enjoyed reading this romance story.
