A steamy gay alpha harem romance
Warren is a human university student who donates blood to vampires to pay his bills. He has just been hired to work for Harland Hill. Harland is an alpha vampire with werewolf lover named Max. Immediately sparks fly between the three men. Warren is shocked that the two alphas desire him. Then he meets the pack alpha werewolf leader Marcus. Marcus is in town on business. Once Marcus scents Warren he knows that he is his mate. Marcus is dominate and plans to take Warren. But he doesn't want to share the human with Harland and Max. What happens is a power struggle between Harland and Marcus. Max is hilarious as the werewolf who was raised by humans. Max is charming and flirty. Max is also lovable!! Warren is in awe of the three men. Especailly how kinky they are. There is drama and humor. There are also dangers towards Warren. Secrets are revealed. This book was so good!!! It sucked me in and wouldn't let me go. I loved how stubborn Marcus was. Harland is dominant but so sweet to Max and Warren. This has all the feels and lots of smoke. I hope there are more books to this series. Check out Alpha Bait first! Both are scorching°
Good then rushed - loose ends
I really liked seeing how a dynamic with two dominant alphas would go, and I think it seemed very realistic for this type of world. I really liked it. There were some dips into a cooler sub plot that then went nowhere, at least wasn’t explored much in this one. Some loose ends like Maxs family situation. Also the thing that approached them in Florida that then approached Warren! That was so cool! But again…nothing really happened. The “feeding” thing toward the end was random. It seemed like Warren was something not human that would feed on them, which also seemed like a really cool turning point, but then nothing changed, and even though everyone was very alarmed by that revelation, they then just accepted that Warren “feeding” was normal and that omegas feeding was common knowledge ? Not sure but the end felt very rushed.

I one-click all of DJ Hearts books. I Was so excited to see a new one out and over 600 pages....yummy. This one was about a college student trying to make some extra money feeding vampires. Warren, our college student, meets Harland, our vampire/werewolf, and Harlands mate, our touch of sunshine Max (werewolf in training). We also meet werewolf #3 Marcus, who is Alpha to a large pack. The way the relationship developed between these four men is delicious. Each brings a different dynamic that only enhances the story. They are 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and kinky and full of passion and love for each other. We have some angst in the middle, but from outside forces that our guys take care of in quick order. I really loved this book. I highly recommend it. Enjoy!

I love love love it so much I absolutely devoured this book in like two days. It was wonderful and I'm terribly sad that it ended. I have read all of his books and every single one of them has been an experience I love all the characters, to the point of laughing out loud. I'm so looking forward to his next book.
I love the story. It’s a sequel, but also entirely independent and can be read as a standalone. Reading the first book might give you background, but it doesn’t affect your experience if you start here. I think each of the characters have such unique personalities you wonder how it will all work out. Love the plot, didn’t see that coming. Please make the next book in series about Brock. I can only imagine the antics dealing with a werewolf movie star.
Note for readers: this story is maybe a step less spicy than the first, but it makes up for that in chemistry. There’s still plenty of kink and fun to be had. Enjoy, I sure did!
