Description

Stephanie never imagined her quiet life would collide with the dangerous, high-stakes world of organized crime. When she finds herself drawn into a web of secrets and shadows, the last person she expects to hold the key to her survival is a woman whose very existence is shrouded in mystery. As the lines between loyalty and desire blur, Stephanie must decide if the risks of loving someone so deeply entrenched in the mafia are worth the ultimate price. This gripping story masterfully blends the high-octane tension of a classic crime thriller with a tender, slow-burn romance that simmers on every page. It is a refreshing take on the genre, proving that the most compelling mysteries are often found in the hearts of those we trust the least. You will be hooked from the very first sentence as the chemistry between the leads crackles, creating an atmosphere that is both gritty and undeniably intimate. If you crave a tale where pulse-pounding danger meets an emotional, sapphic love story, this book delivers. It is a captivating exploration of identity, courage, and the unexpected places love hides, perfect for anyone who enjoys a story with real stakes and even deeper feelings.

GREAT READ

Mafia Girl Maybe? has a lot going for it . You of course have a great romance story with lots of tension as the two characters become more and more involved. However you also get a real page turner as Madison, an art dealer learns of Stephanie's ties to the Mafia. She becomes involved in the scheme to help her new love get free of her debt to two powerful mobsters left to her by her now incarcerated uncle! As the story develops the author's love of family really comes through especially with "Gram". We could all use a grandmother like that. Don't miss this great read!

open a door to close it at some point

This is a fabulous read but opening the door to describe what happened to Stephanie’s parents is big walrus in the room with out a hint of closing! Stephanie just gets rid of her panic attacks. I can see the author did lot of research on some topics but not all!

A riveting love story!

This is my first book by Kimberly A. Todd and it won't be the last! It gripped me right from the first sentence! How could you not fall for Stephanie and Madison! Plus Gram, Gia, Bianca and the other characters! Of course there are villains that you despise. I enjoyed this book immensely! Worth more than 5 stars! A favorite!
