Hat Trick: A Punk as Puck Novel (Legends and Fury Book 2)

What I love about this author is their ability go write about dosage with compassion, reality, and not overdo it. The MM romance is the center point and disability is a part if setting & character. It's defining but not so limiting if that makes sense. I have to say (spoiler alert) that what the stalker does in the first condo break in absolutely shook me to my core. The amount of evil it would take to do that is just deeply disturbing in ways darker romances can't touch. So beware the evil human but there's a happy ending to all of this. I can't wait to read more books with this group!!!

I’ve always enjoyed reading EM’s books because they take you on a journey of unique individuals and we get to learn so much. Micah and his brothers went thru so much growing up and it affected how they adulted. I loved how Vanya never gave up on Micah and that is what mattered to him the most in the end.

Micah and Vanya's story was both heartwrenching and heartwarming. Vanya may be one of my favorite characters ever, his heart is huge. And Micah's struggles and his traumas made me just want to hug him so hard, and watching him grow was beautiful. I loved how Vanya just held space for Micah in whatever way worked best for Micah. Excellent book!

ARC Review of Hat Trick Book 2 in the Legends and Fury Series by EM Lindsey. This book is part of an interconnected series but can be read as a standalone. This is a 5 star read for me. I loved this book. I loved the emotion, drama, suspense, and heat. I also loved all the tender swoony moments that had me constantly smiling. I loved seeing characters from Lindsey’s other books make appearances in this one. I also loved the disability representation in this book. This is Micah and Vanya's story. I absolutely love Vanya he has been my favorite since book 1. He had me dying laughing throughout this whole book. I love how sweet, caring and protective he is, he has a golden retriever personality and he makes my heart melt. My heart breaks for Micah and everything he’s been through. I love Micah and Vanya together they make my heart happy. I love their banter. This is a spicy, slow burn, goalie mmcs, golden retriever mmc, he falls first and hard, disability rep, blind mmc, grumpy/sunshine, one night stand, friends to lovers, MM hockey romance.
