My obsession with this series just continues to grow 🖤
This is an absolutely beautiful book. The romance was beautiful but it was so much more than that. It focuses on real world issues and how you can support people and their right to live freely 🫶🏻
I really enjoyed this story. Niles is so strong. He’s worked hard to get to where he is and deserves every ounce of cockiness he has 🤣 I loved seeing the support he had around him. He truly has the best group of people around him. It shows you that no matter who tries to tear you down, it’s important to surround yourself with people who constantly help you raise up 🖤🖤
The love between Wyatt and Niles was absolutely incredible. Even when it could be perceived as wrong in so many ways, they knew how right it was and fought for each other every step of the way. They both have the love they absolutely deserve.

Another great read from Rebecca Rathe! Her writing to me is so flawless, I love everything she puts out! The tension and chemistry between Niles and Wyatt from the beginning was off the charts! Absolutely love the evolution of their relationship and how Niles finally breaks through to Wyatt. The emotion in this one is real. Pretty sure some tears were shed, of all kinds. Rebecca also included so much that is relevant to our current political climate here. There were so many good things in the book I wish everyone could read. I love that this focused on Niles after his full transition and how he was making his way in the gymnastics world. Really enjoyed his and Weston's relationship and was glad West didn't make them suffer too long. :) Always fun to see characters from past books, as well.

Niles and Wyatt are the role models many need
With every book Rebecca releases in this series, I find myself saying, “This one is my favorite.” But this time, it truly feels different, this book didn’t just become a favorite, it became something deeply special and meaningful to me as an ally to the queer and trans community. Wyatt and Niles are characters filled with such strength and determination that it’s impossible not to admire them and celebrate every victory along the way.
Niles’ resilience from such a young age was both heartbreaking and inspiring. Watching him face hatred yet still move forward with his head held high was powerful, emotional, and unforgettable. After reading Rebecca’s author notes, I appreciated even more how she intentionally represented a trans man with honesty, care, and respect. She highlighted the importance of access to proper medical care from the start, something that can change lives. I loved that Niles had such a strong foundation in his mother, who immediately embraced him, did her research, and made sure he had the care and support he deserved. That unwavering love helped him grow into the incredible Olympic athlete he became.
Niles’ circle of support was beautiful. Wes, who I adored, stood by him with fierce loyalty, acceptance, and love. And then there’s Wyatt. Some might pause at the age gap, but Rebecca handled it with honesty, transparency, and tenderness. Through Niles, Wyatt discovered himself. He grew, he healed, and he learned he wasn’t broken, he simply needed someone…

Classic Rebecca but sightly new also
I haven't read lot of books with Transgender MMC's but I found it always emotional to found out how much they have to go through. I didn't find their age gap too big, I think it was perfect for them.
The villain in this book was the worst...
The only reason I'm not giving this book 5 stars was only ME problem. I had to google the terms used in gymnastics and that but me off tiny bit. But the romance and spice was spot on!
