This is my first book by this author and I will definitely be reading her entire catalog. This story was phenomenal and the writing was amazing. This author really brought these characters to life. The spice in this was spicin and the taboo aspect of cheating was hot 🥵🥵. I loved some of the real world topics this author depicted in this story. It really drove the plot of this story. This story follows Jake and Dylan. These two are complete opposites. Jake is a rich billionaire who is always in a suit for work. Dylan is a poor mechanic who works on cars. Jake is stuck in a marriage of convenience and has to hide his sexuality or he will be disowned by his father. He sees Dylan in the store and it's lust at first sight. He decides to have Dylan crash into his car to get his attention 🤣🤣. From there Dylan works on Jake's car…

I really couldn't put it down. I just wanted to know ,'What next?' I really enjoyed this story. Dylan and Jake are perfect, solid. No much drama between them, just external drama. My kind of book.

This is a new to me author, and it won't be the last time I read one of her books. I absolutely fell head over heels in love with Jake and Dylan! Jake is the CFO of his family's business. He has money, the looks, is successful, and has a beautiful girlfriend. What more could you want, right? Well, the answer is plenty. Jake came out to his parents as gay and was told right away that that wasn't what was going to happen. His dad gave him an ultimatum. Date a woman he wants him to be with and don't ever let the public know he's gay or he is to be stripped of his position and his inheritance and will be disowned. So sadly, Jake makes the descion to do what his father wants and is now in a passionless six year relationship and living a lie. Until he first sees Dylan. Dylan is a Mexican American mechanic who is trying to keep his family's automotive business afloat while losing customers because of the uptick in crime happening in his neighborhood. He's also gay, sex on legs and is terrible at picking men and was told by his disappointed grandpa that, "men don't get on their knees for anyone" and he's carried that with him and hasn't let himself be intimate with a man in certain ways becsuse of it. But when he backs into Jake's fancy car and offers to fix it, he doesn't know that his whole life is about to change. Both men are unwaveringly attracted to each other but Dylan thinks Jake is straight and Jake knows he isn't but he still has a girlfriend and a reputation to keep but…

I really wanted to love this one, and I did like it to some extent. But cheating by the MCs just wasn’t my jam.
