This was a perfect sweet, slightly spicy, low/medium angst read, the perfect palate cleanser for me. I enjoyed seeing their relationship develop, including the time skips at the end, and Kirin (the child) was adorable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a short, lighthearted read.

Trust isn’t something easy to rebuild after being hurt. This story shows just how hard that is and especially when you throw in a child and a pushy dragon who won’t take no for an answer.

This is the second book I've read in this series, and it's just as sweet and heartfelt. There's such a bizarre mix of topes and generes, but they work together to deliver such a feel-good novella. So if you enjoy MM paranormal omegaverses with shifters, some male pregnancy/ firefighter action with all the small town cuteness, then this is the perfect fast little pick me up.

First I think it's important to say that this is a new to me author. While I enjoyed many things about this story I just didn't feel the chemistry between the two main characters to be as strong as I would have liked. Both Blaze and Ladon were very likeable characters and Ladon's son Kirin was adorable so this was still a fun read. Side note is that I do wish there had been more back story on the "whys" of Ladon's past.
